Siamo Stati a casa Pistacchio solo 2 notti durante 2 giornate caldissime di luglio.... Che dire? la casa è nuovissima e curata in ogni dettaglio, l'accesso attraverso le "grotte/cantine" è molto suggestivo, la temperatura è fresca anche se fuori faceva caldissimo... i padroni di casa ospitali, gentili e discreti... e poi c'è LA PISCINA!... sempre a disposizione... Insomma siamo stati benissimo davvero... grazie di tutto!... PS: ci sono 3 cani (nanà, malaika e zara) uno più simpatico dell'altro... anche questo ha reso il soggiorno piacevolissimo...
Read allPistachio house, a cozy farmhouse from the 800 completely restored, where you can savor the magic of the past, its former use in the country cellar tasks which still preserves the signs in the ancient wine press and large barrels, and the atmosphere rural and pleasant surroundings of the village overlooking over it. Here you will find complete relaxation and tranquility, friendliness but absolute discretion on the part of the property. The apartment has an independent entrance to the villa's main house, which can be accessed through the large entrance patio to the structure and which also leads to the pool area and the large panoramic terraces. The mini apartment in the lower floor of the villa, in the area once used as a wine cellar of the property.
The property is located at the top of the villa and could be discreetly available to guests who need advice on itineraries or places to visit in the area.
Inside the urban area of the country, close to the main commercial activities and services, the villa is located in a small road of not frequent passage surrounded by a cedar wood and overlooking the countryside and the horizon on which on clear days you can admire fantastic sunsets on Mount Vulture and on the Gargano promontory.
Guests can relax in the apartment for your exclusive use with a good book or watching a movie of your choice, enjoy the cool of the large karst caves under the entire property, take a dip in the pool, enjoy a breakfast on the wide terraces, long walks in the surrounding countryside, or enjoy the culinary delights of the area. Castel del Monte, Unesco Heritage, and Trani are about 30 min from us. Matera, capital of European culture 2019, is far from here about 70 km.
With us live our three puppies Zara, Malaika and Nana’, very tame and sociable so we would like guests respectful of our 4-legged friends as well as of our privacy dealing mainly in the house where we live.
There is no cleaning and linen change during your stay. There are stairs for reach the apartments. The always rich breakfast corner can be managed independently by the guests. Parking is free on the way in front of the house. The swimmingpool is open from June to September. Check-in is allowed from 3 pm to 8 pm (you need to agree with the owner about your arrival the day before). Check-out is within 10 am.
