Casa pistachio is perfect! Angela is such an amazing host, so welcoming and she even made us a reservation at an incredible restaurant for dinner. The space was super clean and cosy. Highly recommend a stay here when in Minervino Murge!!

Our stay was perfect thanks to Angela. The house was very clean, there is everything you need inside and Angela is very responsive and give you the best advice to enjoy your stay. The place is beautiful, you can take the breakfast around the pool and relax. The little city of Minervino Murge is beautiful. Local life and only an hour from Bari, Trani... Thanks a lot Angela.

Casa Pistacchio is perfect for a couple or family with a young child traveling around Italy. Angela is a wonderful host and has many tips to share with you! The apartment is very unique and offers a wonderful experience that goes way beyond a room to sleep in. Minervino Murge is a quaint town, and well situated to offer great day trips around the north of Puglia. I recommend Casa Pistacchio to anybody looking to experience life in a small town in this part of Italy. My only regret is that we didn’t plan a longer stay!

Angela's Casa Pistacchio was our last destination of our honeymoon and we stayed here for two nights. We were kindly welcomed by Angela who showed us around and even gave us a tour of their wine cave! Angela was really helpful and had lots of recommendations for restaurants in Minervino Murge. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and swimming pool and the fact that we could easily walk to the restaurants and city centre (although it is a bit uphill). From here it is a short drive to the amazing Castel del Monte, which is well worth a visit! I would especially recommend Casa Pistachio for couples who want to get a sense of the real Italy and enjoy truly amazing foods and drinks. Special thanks to Angela, as we could not have wished for a better place to end our honeymoon!

Siamo stati una sola notte presso la casa Pistacchio per una sosta da un lungo viaggio ed è stata davvero rilassante e divertente. I bambini hanno giocato nella piscina della struttura, pulita, meravigliosa e dotata di ogni confort. Emozionante il passaggio attraverso le grotte per raggiungere l'appartamento, curato e raffinato nei piccoli dettagli. Angela e Luigi sono davvero bravi ed accoglienti. I tre cani tranquilli e dolci con i bimbi. Grazie di cuore

Angela is an outstanding host! She had everything we could need and had great recommendations! She was always very responsive! We had our best meal in all of Puglia at a lovely restaurant that is a 1 minute walk from her home. Casa Pistacchio is very beautiful, clean and nice! Feels like home away from home! A perfect stay!!

Soggiornare a Casa Pistacchio è stato un vero piacere. La mia compagna ed io vi abbiamo trascorso una notte in occasione di un matrimonio a Minervino. La struttura è a dir poco stupenda e curata nei piccoli dettagli: nulla infatti sfugge ad Angela, la nostra host ed a suo marito Luigi che sono stati capaci di trasformare una casa di campagna dell'800 in un vero e proprio gioiellino. L'appartamento a noi dedicato è carinissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio, molto pulito e dotato di tutto l'occorrente (colazione, set da bagno ecc.). La cortesia di Angela poi impreziosisce il tutto. Nonostante per via di un disguido siamo arrivati circa un'ora dopo il check-in, ci ha aspettato e accolto con il sorriso. La mattina successiva abbiamo potuto trascorrere del tempo nella loro graziosa piscina ed abbiamo chiacchierato parecchio con i proprietari di casa, proprio come fossimo amici di vecchia data, finendo per scoprire molti interessi in comune. Grazie di tutto Angela, spero proprio di trascorrere altro tempo da voi in futuro.

We weren't sure what to expect when we booked. In the middle of a very hot summer, it was over 40° in Puglia, we were expecting the worst. When we arrived, we experienced one pleasant surprise after another. The property was easy to find (there is no house number as it is the only property on the street). The guest room renovation was done extremely well. The stonework is beautifully done. The three-foot thick walls of the former wine cave keeps the room wonderfully cool with no need for AC. The water pressure was excellent and the utilities all work well. The WiFi worked well all over the property. The television (satellite) had more than enough stations and excellent reception. There was plenty of food for breakfast and the highlight was the homemade plum and fig jams. Angela and Luigi are lovely hosts. They have done a truly fantastic job. The property is a lovely mix of old and new. The pool and the deck are gorgeous. The sunset view from the upper deck is wonderful. The dogs are very well behaved, charming. After just a short talk with the owners it became obvious that they are passionate about what they are creating and this passion adds to the enjoyment of the experience. Minervino Murge is a wonderfully genuine village near to many attractions, Gargon, Castel del Monte, Trulli. If you want something off the beaten path and experience real Puglia, Minervino is an excellent choice. We highly recommend staying at Casa Pistachio. It is a lovely property run by lovely people, a delightful experience.

Within an area of the South of Italy where landscapes and arts are the very major fortune for all visitors, I discovered in ''Casa Pistacchio'' a very ancient secret with regards to the art of building houses. A huge garden with swimming pool looking towards an astonishing landscape which includes a vulcano shaped mountain works only as the first welcome of this wonderful site. Soon after I was surprised by the amazing hospitality, the warm interiors, the very nice food and wine and finally an amazing underground ''museum'' which is the witness of the ancient wine-making art of Minervino Murge. In the past the site was used to ferment wine in huge wooden barrels and all the old instruments and stuff you are able to see give to the site an important historical value. Just awesome, nothing to add, the stay was great fun and relax.

La cura per i dettagli rende la casa molto piacevole ed ospitale, Angela ha predisposto ogni confort tra cui una ricca colazione con marmellata fatta in casa.

Siamo rimasti una sola notte, quindi non abbiamo potuto godere della piscina e del solarium, offerti da Angela al nostro arrivo. La casa di Angela è molto bella, curata, accogliente, pulitissima, e naturalmente fresca, perché confinante con una grotta naturale suggestiva e - unica nota - un pochino umida. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto in foto. E' piccolo, ma equipaggiato con tutti i comfort.

Angela e il marito Luigi sono stati degli splendidi host. Hanno ristrutturato Casa Pistacchio con gusto e amore, rispettando la tradizione e rinnovandola con la giusta modernità. La stanza è arredata con attenzione e soddisfa le esigenze di chi viaggia, particolare la cura dedicata all'angolo della colazione, con caffè, succhi di frutta, biscotti, toast, yogurth e marmellate a disposizione degli ospiti. Il centro di Minervino è raggiungibile con una passeggiata tra le scale e le viuzze che caratterizzano la cittadina, vale la pena perdersi qualche ora nel labirino del centro storico: la Scesciola. Le mete più interessanti della zona, come Castel del Monte, sono a pochi chilometri di auto. Casa Pistacchio è decisamente un luogo piacevole in cui trascorrere tutto il tempo necessario a esplorare le Murge e godere dell'ottima cucina locale. Una sistemazione di qualità.

Ho scelto personalmente, il luogo in cui soggiornare, nonostante avessi l'appoggio di parenti etc. se pur breve Casa Pistacchio, è un luogo molto piacevole e confortevole, ringrazio ancora per la possibilità di aver soggiornato presso questo splendido posto, notevoli le grotte all'interno della struttura, deliziosa la sistemazione, e la possibilità di usufruire della piscina. Un grazie di cuore per l'accoglienza ricevuta dalla Signora Angela. Spero di tornare presto e possibilmente per più tempo, quello non basta mai.

Siamo Stati a casa Pistacchio solo 2 notti durante 2 giornate caldissime di luglio.... Che dire? la casa è nuovissima e curata in ogni dettaglio, l'accesso attraverso le "grotte/cantine" è molto suggestivo, la temperatura è fresca anche se fuori faceva caldissimo... i padroni di casa ospitali, gentili e discreti... e poi c'è LA PISCINA!... sempre a disposizione... Insomma siamo stati benissimo davvero... grazie di tutto!... PS: ci sono 3 cani (nanà, malaika e zara) uno più simpatico dell'altro... anche questo ha reso il soggiorno piacevolissimo...

Un piccolo gioiello. confortevole e dotata di tutti i confort, piccolina ma perfetta per tre persone. Accoglienza favolosa con tante piccole attenzioni che rendono molto gradito il soggiorno. Consigliato
